MY STYLE

One of the most common questions I get from clients is: do you have more of a formal, posed style or a journalistic style? My answer is neither: I create artwork, which means that I'm often in the background observing events as they unfold (like a journalist would), but I add my own creative touch by working with available light, your personal style, and the mood of your wedding to create poses and composition. So yes, I direct at times, but I'll still be there clicking my camera to catch you stealing a quick kiss from your new hubby, or catch a high school senior laughing at her mom in the background, or a teary-eyed mother as she sees her daughter in her wedding dress for the first time. This approach allows me to tell your story as it unfolds, while also keeping in mind that you want to look stunning in every single one of your album images.
Ultimately, I want to tell the story of your love. Your family. Your favorite things. All the emotions you're going through. And I want you to be able to enjoy those memories. I'm a firm believer in the idea that photographs are meant to be enjoyed, not stuck in a drawer. They're meant to be shared in a custom designed album and printed on a fine art canvas gallery wrap. I specialize in creating custom artwork to hang in your home, and each image is crafted with that idea in mind.
